Since its establishment in February of 1992, the Decatur City Schools Foundation has provided a total of $558,766 toward creative projects that enhance our students' education in the Decatur City Schools. Nearly half of this amount was distributed through hundreds of classroom mini-grants to teachers, schools and PTAs. The remaining funds were provided for major initiatives, teacher training and other projects or materials.
